OBJECTIVE: Development of a new range of smart fitness equipment that is easy to use, safe and includes stress regulation mechanisms to increase the intensity of workouts, as well as an APP for training assessment and control.
OPEN CALL: Project in cooperation with the open call “Retos-Colaboración 2017.”
AGREEMENT: It’s a four-year project based on the collaboration of a consortium of companies, including Copele S.L.U, Equipamiento para Entorno Urbano S.L.U., Centro Tecnológico del Metal (CTMETAL) and Universidad Católica de San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM).
PHASE: 35 months (June 2018-May 2021)
2ND YEAR RESULTS: In this second year, six completely new models of equipment for healthy physical exercise have been designed. We have also developed a regulation system, so that exercise can be carried out at different levels of intensity.
This second phase has concluded with the construction of the prototypes corresponding to these completed designs.
